Doyle’s Room review

Doyle’s Room is the poker site where players like the legend himself, Doyle Brunson, his son Todd and the Mad Genius, Mike Caro play. Add Hoyt Corkins to the roster, and you have a pretty good explanation to why Doyle’s Room had achieved such a huge popularity on such a short notice back in 2004. Needless to say, most of Doyle’s Room’s players were Americans, and thus the 2006 UIGEA pretty much destroyed the room’s player base. What followed, was a rollercoaster ride for the room, moving from one platform to another, sometimes accepting US traffic and sometimes not.
The operation is currently on the Cake Poker network, which means it can yet again accept US players.
After a major overhaul of the operation, the room looks well on its way back to the top tiers of the online poker industry.

The Cake software Doyle’s Room uses is not exactly a visual delight, but it’s more than decent from just about every angle. Its graphics are ok, and the functionality offered by the platform is excellent.
All the options one may expect from a top-level online poker room are available and all this comes wrapped into an extremely stable and fast package.

The sign-up bonus offered by Doyle room is a 110% match in players’ first deposits, up to a maximum of $550. The minimum deposit required is $30.
Payers need to generate 166.6 poker points for every $1 of their bonus to unlock it. The redemption period is 90 days.
